SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL

1.- This site is owned and operated by Eporio USA LLC (“the Company”) is located at ‘foodieorganic.com’ (“the Website”).

2.- Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Website.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


SHIPMENT FROM DISTRIBUTOR

3.- All shipments are shipped out from the Distributor’s inventory (“the Distributor”). 

4.- The Distributor offers UPS Ground, UPS Surepost and U.S. Postal (First Class Parcel, Priority Mail with no flat rate).

5.- At the absolute discretion of the Company, the Distributor will use the most cost-effective shipment method. 

6.- For the avoidance of doubt, express shipping i.e. 2 day or overnight is not available.

7.- The Distributor reserve its right to change the shipping method at any time without prior notice to you.

8.- You have the option to exclude any of the available shipping methods from the Rate Shop in respect of all of your orders.

9.- You will be accordingly charged for all shipment and handling charges.  The said charges shall cover packaging, materials, and the shipment.  This will be dependent on the weight, dimensions and shipping destination.

10.- The Company will provide optional tracking number report to you for your checking.

11.- You shall be liable and responsible for all costs and charges imposed by UPS or any other common carriers that the Company and/or the Distributor chooses to use.

12.- By engaging our services, you hereby authorizes us and our designated Distributor to charge your credit or debit card for all such fees imposed by the UPS, including Fees and non-deliverable items and address corrections.

13.- The Company and/or the Distributor will not be held responsible for shipment delays caused by the shipment carrier.  Any consequential damage or loss shall not be the liability of the Company.

14.- The risk of loss is passed to you once the Distributor has shipped the product(s) to you and evidenced with proof of delivery.

15.- The Distributor ships to the following destinations :-

15.1.- United States not including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

16.- The Distributor does not ship internationally.


DAMAGES

17.- The Website is not liable for any products damages or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
