Return Policy

RETURN POLICY


INTRODUCTION

1.- Eporio USA LLC (“the Company”) is located at 19195 Mystic Pointe Dr, Aventura FL, 33180, USA with its website at ‘foodieorganic.com’ (“the Website”).


GENERAL

2.- Thank you for shopping at the Company.

3.- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and/or services as the case may be, we are here to help.


BUYER’S REMORSE

4.- While all products sold by the Company are shipped, the Distributor through the Company will honour claims for buyer’s remorse.  Such claims will be subject to specific reasons.

5.- All claims under this head must be sent to [Insert email*] within 15 days from the date of which the product was delivered to you.  You should provide your customer’s number, item, UPC number and invoice number (to the extent applicable).

6.- All claims must be reported to the Company.

7.- The Company will notify you if any credit for partial or full shipment costs has been refunded.


SHORTAGE OF GOODS

8.- All claims under this head is subject to the review by the Company.


MIS-PICKS

9.- All claims under this head is subject to the review by the Company.  The UPC number from the item received is required.  The Company will notify you if a UPS call tag will be issued for the wrong item(s) received for return shipment.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

10.- The Company shall issue a refund for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination.  The Company will not issue a refund for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier.  The Company does not adopt the ‘Signature Delivery option’.


DAMAGED CLAIMS

11.- All claims under this head shall be supported with photograph evidence with details describing the damage.


MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

12.- The Company shall issue a refund for a defect claim such as a missing safety seal or no label.  The Company will not entertain claims for taste, touch, smell.


REFUNDS

13.- Once we receive your item, the Company will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  The Company will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

14.- If your return is approved, the Company will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

15.- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


SIHIPPING

16.- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

17.- If you receive a refund, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
